适用范围：

适用于混凝土、砖墙、混凝土砌块房屋、地下室的墙壁等。

施工步骤：

清理基层:基层应坚实、平整、无杂质,应事先将基层用水稍微湿润,刮涂效果更佳。

加水搅拌:按腻子粉:水=10:3.5~4比例充分搅拌成均匀浆状,静置5~10分钟后施工效果更佳,每次拌好的腻子应在2小时内用完。

批刮打磨:一般用钢刮板刮涂,施工力求不露底、不漏刮、不留接缝痕迹。一般采用两遍成活。腻子层厚度1~2mm,二遍腻子刮涂时间不宜间隔太长,腻子层干固后即可打磨。

Clean up the grass-roots: the grass-roots should be solid, flat and free of impurities.The grass-roots water should be slightly wetted in advance, and the scraping effectis better.

Stirring with water: mix the putty powder in the proportion of water = 10:3.5-4 to foma uniform slurry. The construction effect is better after standing for 5-10 minutes.Theputty should be used up within 2 hours each time.

Batch scraping and polishing: steel scraper is usually used to scrape and coat,andthe construction strives not to expose the bottom,not to scrape,not to leave seammarks. Twice survival is usually used. The thickness of putty layer is 1 ~ 2 mm. Thetime interval of twice putty scraping should not be too long. The putty layer can bepolished after drying.

注意事项：

当温度在5℃以下40℃以上,相对湿度小于20%大于85%,在阴雨、大雾、大风天气下,严禁施工;

施工间休或结束时,应将未用完的腻子浆或腻子粉密封保存，以免干皮结块,同时应立即清洗工具和衣物,否则待腻子干固后难以清洗;

腻子层保护膜需要5-7天,期间注意保护。

When the temperature is below 5C and above 40C, the relative humidity is lessthan 20% and more than 85%. Construction is strictly prohibited in rainy, foggy andwindy weather.

At the end of construction, the unused putty pulp or putty powder should be sealedand preserved to avoid dry skin caking. Meanwhile,tools and clothing should becleaned immediately, othewise it is difficult to clean the putty after drying.

Putty layer protective film needs 5-7 days, during which attention should be paid toprotection.
